Eligibility

State Admission

U.P. State has conducted State Entrance Examination (SEE-2008) for admission to the college through UPTU, Lucknow. This test shall however, to be restricted to fill up seats for the students of the U.P. State only.

 Management Quota

All admissions in different approved quotas shall be made strictly on the basis of merit and satisfying the eligibility criteria and interview at Delhi office by the admission committee. Last date of registration is 15th July 2008 .
 
Direct Admission (Admission in Second Year)

Candidate can take direct admission to 2nd year to B.Tech. Course and B.Pharma provided that he/she are domicile of U.P. and have passed 3 year Diploma (with a minimum of 60%marks) recognized by the U.P. Board of Technical Education in any branch of Engineering except agriculture Engineering for Engg. and in Pharmacy for B.Pharma Course respectively.

Scholarship

Scholarship Scheme is also available for the enrolled students with IEC College of Engineering & Technology.

Fees Waiver

Fees Wavier of Tuition fee for women, economically backward and physically handicapped meritorious students also offered by IEC College of Engineering & Technology in undergraduate courses only. This fee waiver however subject to the approval of the approving authorizing like AICTE, UPTU, Lucknow, State Govt.

College Fee

The College charges only the approved fee which is approved by state fee Committee along with college caution money and University fee. All fees to the College is to be paid in advanced, no adjustment, no installment or refund is allowed (except as mentioned). Fees are likely to be revised. All fees is to be only paid by demand draft in favour of IEC College of Engineering & Technology payable at New Delhi in case of B.Tech, M.Tech MBA and MCA courses, in case of Pharma Course the fee is to be paid in favour of IEC College of Engineering & Technology (Department of Parmacy) payable at New Delhi and in case of Bachelor of Hotel Management & catering Technology the fee is to be paid in the name of IEC Institute of Hotel management payable at New Delhi. College does not accept any donation.

Document Required

• Duly Filled Application Form.
• Admission Fee by Bank Draft payable at New Delhi.
• Hostel accommodation fees, as applicable. If the student is seeking admission in the hostel (Girls Only).
• Self Attested and original copies of all certificate (10th & 12th Marksheet).
• Character Certificate from the institute last attended.
• Migration Certificate and Domicile Certificate.
• 10 Recent Passport size colour photographs.
• Letter of Merit from UPSEE-2008.
• Proof of SC/ST if Student is from Schedule Caste/ Schedule Tribe background with income proof.
• Affidavit in case of NRI.
