The Institute is having in campus hostel for 300 Girl students and off campus hostel facility for 200 boys students. No, Hostel Accommodation is not compulsory. Hostel accommodation is available for both boys and girls on first come first serve basis. The students are required to deposit the hostel fee for the full academic year ending on 30th June (decided by the administration from time to time) at the time of admission. No, the College Administration is very strict with regard to ragging and culprits will be punished if found guilty. Ragging is legally banned as per the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. It is a unsocial & inhuman act. Q.22 What is the punishment for ragging? The Director of the college on complaint takes punitive actions and if needed students involved in ragging may be rusticated. Q.23 Whether I can change my branch from one subject to another? The curriculum is open to branch change option after First Year (Sem.1+Sem.2) Examination performance availability of seats in the branch in question and in conformity with the U.P Govt. order. Q.24 whether fees is refundable or adjustable? The candidates can apply for refund and cancellation of their application with in 10 days from the date of application made to institute. Applications for cancellation received by hand with in prescribed time period will only be entertained and no application received by way of Mail/Courier/Registered Post/Speed post will be accepted. Candidates seeking cancellation will be returned their original documents along with Demand draft deposited with in a period of 30 days from the date of his application for cancellation. After the expiry of 10 days period from the date application for registration, the candidate cannot apply for cancellation and no refund of fees will be made.
